Buyouts must be reserved no sooner than 2 weeks in advance. 50% deposit required to book.

The deposit is a non-refundable payment that confirms and secures your event reservation with Game Nest. Once submitted, your date and time are officially booked! This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your event, meaning it’s not an extra fee; it simply goes toward your overall balance. Because we prepare and staff based on your booking, the deposit ensures your commitment and allows us to give you the best experience possible.
No, the cost per person applies only to guests who will be actively playing in the arcade. Spectating adults—such as parents or guardians who are there to supervise but not play—are welcome to attend at no additional charge. We want to make sure you’re only paying for those who are enjoying the games, so non-playing guests are not included in the per-person rate.
You are allowed to bring outside catering.
We do not allow alcohol on the premises.
The party room has two 6ft tables with benches. We can offer up to 2 additional folding tables If needed. Guests may use the cafe tables to eat at a first come first serve basis.
You will be responsible to clean up before the room rental time is over.
You may bring your own, but Game Nest will not be responsible for lost personal items.

Monday – Thursday: 12 pm – 12 am
Friday: 12 pm – 2 am
Saturday: 10 am – 2 am
Sunday: 10 am – 12 am
