Good to know before you book

Deposit and balance

A $100 deposit reserves your date and applies to your total. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

Extra guests

Add guests at $27 each on weekdays or $30 each on weekends. Each one gets their own two-hour card and drink ticket.

Cake and decorations

Bring your own birthday cake and candles. Let us know at booking if you plan to bring decorations so we can point you to the right table.

Arrive a few minutes early

Come about 15 minutes before your start time so we can hand out cards and lanyards. Your two hours begin once your group is playing.

Adults and little ones

Parents are welcome to hang out without a card. If a grown-up wants to play, add them as a guest and they get the same unlimited two hours.

How much is a birthday party at Game Nest?

A birthday party at Game Nest costs $450 Monday through Friday and $495 Saturday and Sunday. That covers 15 guests, two hours of unlimited arcade play, two large pizzas, and 15 drinks. Extra guests are $27 each on weekdays and $30 each on weekends.

What is included in the party package?

Every party includes 15 two-hour game cards with Game Nest lanyards, two large pizzas from Kafe Nesto (one cheese and one pepperoni), and 15 drink tickets good for any small boba, tea, or lemonade. Bottled and canned drinks are not included.

How long does the party last?

Each game card is good for two hours of unlimited play. Plan on about two and a half hours at the arcade in total once you factor in food and cake.

How many kids can I invite?

Fifteen guests come with the package, and you can add more using the calculator on this page. For larger groups, call us at (725) 780-4426 and we will help you plan the timing.

How do I reserve a date?

Book online and pay a $100 deposit. The deposit holds your date and applies to your total, with the balance due on party day.

Can we bring our own cake and decorations?

Yes. Bring your birthday cake, candles, and any decorations you want on the table. Mention it when you book so we can set you up in the right spot.

What ages is the arcade good for?

Game Nest works for a wide range of ages. Younger kids gravitate to the claw machine wall, older kids and teens head for the imported Japanese rhythm and racing cabinets, and adults usually find their way to pinball and the retro classics.

Do you cater parties away from the arcade?

Yes. Kafe Nesto caters off-site as well, so you can order pizza, wings, tenders, musubi, and more for a party held somewhere else. See our parties and catering page for the full menu.

Why we built this place

We opened Game Nest because Las Vegas had plenty of places to spend money on games and very few places to actually enjoy them. So we imported the cabinets we grew up loving, built a claw machine wall with real prizes, and put a kitchen in the middle of it.

Then parents started asking if they could host birthday parties in Las Vegas here, and we realized the same thing kept coming up: they wanted one price, food handled, and no cleanup. That is exactly what the package is. We are on the floor most days — come say hi.
